FROM NEW YORK BY TRAIN
Round-trip from NY Penn to South Orange
To Bar Mitzvah:
- Start at NY Penn Station. Take a NJ Transit train to South Orange train station.
- Buy tickets at a ticket machine before boarding.
- Buy a round-trip ticket (NY Penn <> South Orange) if you are going back to the City after the party
- Take Uber/Lyft from the train station to Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel
- Address: 432 Scotland Rd., South Orange, NJ 07079
- It's a 5-minute ride.
- You can also walk in about 15 minutes.
Bar Mitzvah to Party:
- We are providing bus transportation from the temple to the party.
- We'll need an exact headcount, so let us know if you're coming without a car.
Getting back to NYC:
- The party is next door to the South Orange Train station.
- You'll take the train from South Orange to NY Penn Station
VISITING NEW YORK
YOU COULD DRIVE, BUT TRAIN IS RECOMMENDED
To NYC:
- The train into NYC is next door to Max's party. The stop is called South Orange.
- You're going to NY Penn Station.
- Buy tickets at a ticket machine before boarding.
- Buy a round-trip ticket (South Orange <> NY Penn Station).
Back to NJ:
- Start at NY Penn Station. Take a NJ Transit train to South Orange train station.
- Take Uber/Lyft from the train station to the Residence Inn West Orange
- Address: 107 Prospect Avenue. West Orange, NJ 07052
- There is no train directly to the hotel.
